It's time to break free - No Smoking Day March 2010
Wednesday 10 March is No Smoking Day and on Thursday 11 March there will be a 'no smoking day' stall at the main entrance of the hospital, with all the information you'll need to help you break free from the chains of smoking. Health trainers will also be there offering health checks and health advice, so do come along and find out how you can have the smoke-free lifestyle.
